I don't usually write reviews unless the service is exceptional. I live out of state and contacted Blue Stream because I have 3 rental properties in Lexington that needed the houses and concrete driveways washed. Caleb was a pleasure to work with - prompt quote of price and very efficient scheduling. He also provided me with pictures so I could see how the properties looked after being cleaned. I am so impressed with the service and quality of work. I have attached before and after pics of one of the houses - the difference is quite obvious. Thank you Caleb!

I was lucky enough to win a power washing with Blue Stream Power Washing through a neighborhood raffle. I called Caleb Black on a Thursday and he was able to promptly schedule us for the following Tuesday. Caleb kept us updated via text the day before and also when he was on his way the next morning. Caleb went above and beyond to leave our house spotless and we're very impressed with the thorough job...no more moss on the shady side of the house! We will definitely use Blue Stream Power Washing next year.

Caleb came and power washed our home today. He washed the house, front and back porches, porch furniture on the front porch and the top of our wooden grill. The house looks brand new! He got off the mildew the was on the trim. Very professional, neat, and funny!! This is the second time we have used him and we will be using him again!! Highly recommend Blue stream pressure washing!!

Great job. I didn't realize how bad the roof looked until it was cleaned by BSPW. Their prices were competitive and did a great job. I will be using them again for the concrete in a few months! Highly recommended!

Caleb is very professional and thorough! He’s very knowledgeable about siding and windows. He knows what to do and what not do to. He doesn’t leave a huge mess of water everywhere and never once killed any of my plants! Highly recommend! We use him at least once a year after the pollen comes through!! Thanks for all you do!

We've had Blue Stream out to do our rental and home. There is not one complaint! The amazing difference in the 2 houses before & after are jaw dropping! Our rental house was built in 1946 and when Blue Stream finished it looked like a new build! Not to mention Blue stream was easy to set up with showed up and got down to business! Completely professional! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Blue Stream did a great job cleaning my house (including: removal of debris from roof/gutter covers, gutters, windows, full exterior and driveway). My house and my driveway are clean! Thank you, Caleb!There was a misunderstanding and Caleb pressure washed my house instead of my driveway. He was doing many houses in my neighborhood so I went to find him and speak to him about it. He apologized and said my house didn’t really look like it needed it (which was because he had done it 6 months ago) and said he would come by later that same day and do the driveway. He did come by later and did a good job. When I received a bill for both, and called him about it, he was agreeable to me paying just for the driveway.
